Do you really serve breakfast all day?
Yes! Our full breakfast menu is available from open to close. Whether you want a breakfast sandwich at 7 AM or 4 PM, we’ve got you. We don’t stop serving breakfast at 11 AM like most places. If we’re open, you can order breakfast.
What bagel options do you have?
We offer Plain, Blueberry, and Everything bagels for all our breakfast sandwiches. You can also upgrade any bagel sandwich to a buttery croissant for a flakier, richer option. Our bagels are baked fresh daily and toasted to order.
Are your eggs cage-free?
Yes, all our eggs are cage-free. We use quality ingredients across the board, including Boar’s Head deli meats for our sandwiches. When you’re eating breakfast, you’re getting premium ingredients, not the cheapest option we could find.
What's The Hatchery Bagel?

Our pastries are made fresh daily in small batches, so selection varies. Items like pastelillos, quesitos, cantinflas (Puerto Rican specialties), cinnamon rolls, scones, and muffins are frequently available, but we can’t guarantee specific items every day. The best selection is in the morning. Popular items sell out quickly.
Do you have vegetarian breakfast options?
Yes! The Egg & Cheese Bagel is vegetarian, as is our Sunrise Avocado Toast (smashed avocado, sundried tomatoes, and feta on multigrain bread). Many of our pastries and muffins are also vegetarian. Just ask your barista about specific items if you have dietary concerns.

Can I order breakfast for pickup?
Yes! Most breakfast items are available for online ordering at order.alexanderswalhalla.com. Order ahead and skip the line. It’s perfect for busy mornings. Some daily pastries may not appear online since availability varies, but all our sandwiches and regular menu items can be ordered for pickup.
What time do you open for breakfast?
We open at 6 AM on Fridays and 7 AM Monday-Thursday (8 AM on Saturdays). Since we serve breakfast all day, you can come anytime before we close at 6 PM. Late risers and afternoon breakfast fans are always welcome.
Do your muffins contain nuts?
The Banana Nut muffin contains walnuts. Other muffin flavors (Apple Streusel, Chocolate Chip, Blueberry, Pumpkin Cheese) don’t typically contain nuts, but cross-contamination is possible in our kitchen. If you have severe allergies, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
